Schedule Full Time - Days

How You'll Contribute

Facilitates response to a request for services, including the initial response, the assessment, referral process, designation of appropriate care level, admission into services, and follow‑up activity.

Conducts initial evaluation, initiates the assessment, documents patient symptomology, functioning, and needs, and provides information to MD for LOC determination.

Demonstrates excellent customer service skills while assisting patients, physicians, visitors, and coworkers in a prompt and courteous manner.

Possesses clear knowledge of Emergency Detention paperwork and processes and EMTALA.

Maintains all preadmission and admission paperwork accurately, and completes all pre‑certification with insurance companies.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.

Current licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, LMFTA.

CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Strong clinical experience required; background in chemical dependency and dual diagnosis preferred.
