Pay: $65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience)
About the Firm Brauning & Company, LLC is a full‑service public accounting firm located in Blue Ash, OH, providing accounting, tax, compilation, review, and consulting services to small to mid‑size privately held businesses, their owners and independent professionals.
Responsibilities
Tax Preparation:
Prepare individual, corporate, non‑profit and partnership tax returns.
Accounting Services:
Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting, including assisting clients with bookkeeping, completing payroll tax engagements, tax research, compilations and reviews.
Client Services:
Build existing client relationships and work collaboratively with clients and the tax team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA license or EA designation is a plus.
2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including federal and state tax return preparation for individuals and businesses.
Ability to effectively perform tax research and communicate findings.
Strong organization, communication, analytical, client service and PC skills, including Microsoft Office and tax software proficiency (UltraTax & Axcess).
Attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
Construction and/or restaurant industry experience is a plus.
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
