Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
Salary: $51,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and advocacy.
Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-7 years of personal lines high-net-worth account management experience required.
Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
Skills:
Strong administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
