Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance who thrives in a dynamic and flexible work environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts, including marketing, quoting, binding, endorsements, upselling, and renewals. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $5,000 in premium, including home, auto, and umbrella policies
Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, binding, endorsements, upselling, and renewals
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular touchpoints with clients
Focus on delivering true coverage solutions tailored to client needs
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines account management, preferably within independent agencies
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory
Work Environment: Remote position with a preference for candidates based in Texas; occasional in-office presence may be required
Attributes: Ability to hit the ground running, strong attention to detail, and a client-focused approach
