Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at NEXA Lending. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients through the mortgage process, assessing loan applications, identifying appropriate products, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, evaluating financial documents, collaborating with underwriters, and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
Understanding of underwriting principles and lending guidelines
Exceptional customer service skills, including communication and relationship‑building abilities
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Proven track record of meeting sales or performance goals in a professional setting
Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms utilized in mortgage processing
NMLS licensure or compliance with applicable state licensing requirements
Additional experience in financial services or real estate is a plus
