Role Description This full‑time Senior Mortgage Loan Officer position offers a hybrid work environment based in Addison, TX, with the flexibility for some remote work. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing the full mortgage process, from loan origination to closing, providing guidance to clients on mortgage products, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role involves collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience while building strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loan Officer expertise
Proficiency in Underwriting processes and regulatory compliance
Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and guide clients through the loan process
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in the mortgage or financial services sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the mortgage lending industry
Current NMLS license in good standing, with the ability to maintain compliance with licensing requirements
