What You’ll Be Doing
Perform service, diagnostics, programming, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
Support and lead service calls while assisting with larger projects alongside project managers
Work hands‑on with DDC controllers, low‑voltage wiring, and graphical programming
Program and troubleshoot systems across platforms including Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, AAON, and others
Interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and mechanical plans
Identify system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure optimal performance
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor
Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and system updates
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience diagnosing, programming, and repairing building automation systems
Strong background in controls and ladder‑logic programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
Hands‑on experience with platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
Tridium Niagara experience strongly preferred (N4 certification a plus)
Experience using MS Visio for documentation and system designAbility to manage work independently and see jobs through from start to finish
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent customer‑facing communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
