You’ll work with industry-leading Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls while supporting both urgent service needs and larger, strategic projects.
As a senior technician, you’ll also serve as a key representative of the company in the field—delivering excellent customer experiences, clear communication, and technical confidence.

What You’ll Do
Manage and execute service calls for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
Diagnose, troubleshoot, program, and repair complex DDC and controls systems
Respond to urgent service issues while maintaining high‑quality standards
Support larger controls projects in partnership with project managers and engineering teams
Work with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson FX
Perform system optimizations, upgrades, and integrations
Communicate clearly with customers, providing technical explanations and solutions
Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands‑on experience diagnosing, programming, and repairing HVAC controls systems
Strong working knowledge of ladder‑logic programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
Experience with platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
Tridium Niagara experience is highly preferred (N4 certification a strong plus)
Ability to work independently and manage service work end‑to‑end
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
