Role Highlights Our client Raycap Holdings LLC, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting with special projects. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, review, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and executive engagements.
Support with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
Serve as a point of contact for various departments and external partners.
Maintain confidentiality and always exercise discretion.
Your Unique Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
