Responsibilities
Inspecting Mechanical Systems; HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection
Making sure compliance is in alignment with contract and safety standards
Reviewing and drawing submittals, blueprints
Work with Safety Managers to maintain safety on site
Skills
Federal construction, OSHA 10, Microsoft suite, Procore
Construction inspection, mechanical inspection, blueprint reading, submittals, interpreting documents
Experience documenting tests; pressure, leak, and system start up
Strong history with mechanical systems and construction inspection
Detailed-oriented with great document organizational skills
Strong communication with team members
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
