As the go‑to Lead for our production team, you translate goals into action, keep work moving, and coach people so every part ships right and on time. What you’ll own

Direct the daily work of the team to keep operations flowing without bottlenecks. Onboard and coach new hires; champion continuous improvement across the cell. Track production and verify quality so output consistently meets company specifications. Coordinate schedules, allocate tasks, and balance workloads for optimal throughput. Run short stand‑ups and regular team meetings to share goals, updates, and feedback. Uphold and model safety practices; ensure all procedures and regulations are followed. Partner with management on process improvements and execute agreed changes. Maintain accurate records for production metrics and individual performance. Qualifications that set you up for success

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education/certifications a plus. Hands‑on leadership experience in manufacturing/production, preferably machining. Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team. Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Calm, decisive problem‑solver who performs well under pressure. Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices. Comfortable with computers and common production software. Open to flexible schedules and overtime when needed. Core proficiencies
