Base: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr (range provided by Bracalente Manufacturing Group; final pay based on skills and experience) The Challenge

We’re looking for an experienced CNC professional who can set up and operate both milling and turning centers (2–4 axis and 5+ axis), interpret complex drawings, and use G‑Code/M‑Code and CAM to produce tight‑tolerance components. You will be a key partner to our engineers, helping tune processes for quality and throughput. What You’ll Do

Prepare machines for production: fixtures, tooling, and efficient setups for repeatable results. Program/edit using G‑Code and M‑Code; apply CAM to optimize toolpaths and cycle times. Read blueprints and apply GD&T; use shop math to validate dimensions and tolerances. Run first‑article and in‑process inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and an optical comparator. Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and keep equipment performing reliably. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to enhance machining processes. Qualifications

Served as a CNC machinist in a production manufacturing environment. Built expertise with CNC tooling and hands‑on setups. Demonstrated strong G‑Code/M‑Code capability and comfort with CAM. Developed excellent blueprint reading and shop math skills. Maintained meticulous attention to detail and quality standards. Experience with equipment from Star, Tornos, DMG Mori, Miyano, Makino, Haas, Brother (preferred). Schedule & Rewards

2nd shift: M–Th 4:30–3:00 (4‑day week) with a 10% differential. 3rd shift: Fr, Sat, & Su 6:00–6:30 (3‑day week). 36 hours, paid for 40, plus a 10% differential. Hire bonus: $5,000 — half after 30 days of employment, the remainder after 180 days. Competitive wages aligned to experience; overtime available.
