Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for building exceptional custom homes? We’re looking for a
Project Manager
to take ownership of high-end residential projects from sitework through final delivery. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction through completion.
Partner with architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Supervise trades and subcontractors, maintaining strict quality standards.
Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
Oversee site safety, logistics, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
5+ years in residential construction management, with a focus on luxury/custom homes.
Expertise:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end finishes.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and workflows.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Microsoft Office).
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical takeoffs.
Collaborative leadership style with exceptional attention to detail.
