The ECS coach develops teachers in one of our elementary or middle schools, focusing on 1 content area 2–3 times per week. The role requires in‑school presence at a minimum of 2 days per week (approximately 3 hours per day) and a record of strong instructional coaching and student achievement. Responsibilities
Lead planning meetings with teachers. Model instructional practices for teachers. Provide weekly feedback to the Chief Academic Officer. Be available on site at schools as scheduled. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Doctorate preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience developing teachers; 10 + years of classroom teaching experience. Compensation
Part‑time position with hourly rate of $125.00.
