Industrial Maintenance Specialist — CNC & PLC Diagnostics

Role Overview
Be the go‑to expert for advanced troubleshooting, complex repairs, and rebuilds on production equipment. This is a hands‑on, 100% onsite position in Newington, NH, reporting to the Maintenance Area Manager.
Core Responsibilities
Commission, install, and establish maintenance practices for new or reconfigured electromechanical equipment.
Partner with production to advise on and coordinate equipment modifications that boost performance and support process improvement initiatives.
Drive preventive maintenance programs that include and extend beyond machine troubleshooting.
Repair and maintain plant electrical and mechanical systems and production machinery.
Service and repair pneumatic controls for both building systems and production lines.
Execute PM and minor repairs on machinery, including hydraulic systems on production equipment.
Perform end‑to‑end troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets.
Install and debug complex CNC control systems using advanced diagnostic methods and software.
Source and requisition parts and materials to keep assets running.
Read and work from electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic software.
Carry out general duties as assigned by management.
Utilize the L2L maintenance program with a provided laptop and phone.
Location and reporting
Location: Newington, NH
Work arrangement: 100% onsite
Reports to: Maintenance Area Manager
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Proficient with blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC logic fundamentals.
Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
