Base pay range $22.00/hr – $35.00/hr
What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair a wide variety of industrial machinery with minimal supervision Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Perform preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds Inspect and repair key components: spindles, ball screws, tool changers, lubrication systems, etc. Keep machines safe, accurate, and production-ready—your way, with proven processes
What You Bring Hands‑on industrial repair experience Ability to read prints, schematics, diagnostic screens Strong problem‑solving with a calm, methodical approach Comfort working largely autonomously, making decisions and owning outcomes Commitment to safety, accuracy, and doing things right the first time
