Yingling Aviation . Independently diagnose, adjust, repair and overhaul aircraft engines and assemblies, including complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Demonstrate full proficiency in interpreting maintenance manuals, executing standard procedures, and ensuring airworthiness in accordance with FAA regulations. Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in aircraft jacking and towing operations. Access panel removal and install. Lubrication tasks. Assist in the installation of avionics components. Assist in engine inspections and routine maintenance. Assist in structural repairs and modifications. Document maintenance actions according to regulatory and organizational standards. Understand and use MM manuals and company paperwork such as removals and squawk sign-offs. Understanding and able to use computer systems such as Corridor, ATP, Textron One View. Use standard and specialized tools for aircraft maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance environment. Engage in continuous learning about new aircraft technologies and maintenance techniques. Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections. Perform routine aircraft maintenance checks according to approved data. Carry out minor repairs or replacement of aircraft parts or components. Service O2 and Nitrogen systems. Perform widow prism inspection. Air conditioning servicing. Remove and replace deice boots and troubleshoot system anomalies. Oil and Fuel filter servicing. Inspect and service or maintain aircraft hydraulic systems or components. Inspect and repair aircraft fuel systems for leaks or other issues. Maintain and test aircraft pneumatic systems. Inspect and service aircraft environmental control systems. Inspect / check adjust cable tensions. Install and rig flight controls. Troubleshoot avionics or electrical system malfunctions. Change or perform capacity checks on batteries including recovery charging. Help in propeller maintenance and balancing including blending of nicks or gouges. Conduct visual inspections for structural integrity (corrosion, cracks, etc.). Perform composite material repairs under supervision. Inspect and maintain landing gear components and assemblies. Service and replace brake system components. Perform wheel and tire inspections and replacements as needed, including wheel bearing or re-pack as required. Understand and apply aviation regulations and advisories. Participate in quality control checks and audits. Assist in aircraft painting and surface treatments. Participate in emergency equipment checks and maintenance such as life vests, rafts etc. Operate ground support equipment safely. Attend training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement such as FSI. Perform avionics system checks and software updates. Inspect and troubleshoot or adjust engine components such as solenoids, FCU rigging etc. and replace as required. Perform engine ground runs to troubleshoot or function test engine performance or aircraft systems functionality. Perform landing gear swing and check rigging and switches. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) under supervision.
