Opportunity As part of our Finance Transformation team, you will gain oil and gas experience working with senior leadership teams in domestic and large multinational companies. Combine finance consulting with program and change‑management expertise to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the strategy and delivery of client engagements, interacting at an executive level.
Lead finance transformation projects in areas such as finance strategy development, operating model design, process improvement, shared services design, outsourcing consulting, FP&A, finance systems, automation, financial close, consolidation, cost management, and hydrocarbon accounting.
Coach and mentor team members and manage performance appraisals.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience leading consulting engagements that solve complex issues and provide commercial insights to energy‑sector clients.
Excellent project management skills: manage time, budget, risk, and quality.

Relationship‑building with client teams and virtual collaboration across time zones.
Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and data storytelling using Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience, or master’s degree with about 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
Approximately 2 years of consulting experience focused on finance operating model design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing, or hydrocarbon accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems common to oil & gas (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of revenue recognition for oil & gas, production sharing agreements, and joint ventures.
Hands‑on SAP FICO experience in the oil & gas sector; SAP certification in FICO or related modules is preferred.
Understanding of regulatory compliance (GAAP, IFRS) and industry financial practices.
Experience with large‑scale finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily regionally.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
CPA designation.
Deep knowledge of hydrocarbon accounting.
Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics experience.
