Base Pay Range
$41,600 - $45,760 per year

Production Associate – First Shift Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Responsibilities
Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
Performs first‑piece inspection and in‑process inspection.
Cross‑trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs and deadlines.
Requirements
Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting goals.
Ability to multi‑task.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read, write and speak in English.
Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.
