We are hiring Electrical Superintendents to lead electrical projects for our growing construction business. The role focuses on managing field labor, planning, coordinating work, and ensuring quality and safety on site.
What You Will Be Doing
Ensure schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage crews.
Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site‑specific safety requirements with zero tolerance to incidents.
Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs.
Accurately submit daily/weekly reporting and a four‑week look‑ahead schedule.
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of managing electrical construction crews.
Manage project field crews and ensure safety on site.
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects.
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software.
Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping.
