We’re looking to add more talented and experienced individuals to our team in beautiful Sarasota, FL. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an A&P Mechanic. The A&P Mechanic will perform routine and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness standards.
Responsibilities include servicing aircraft systems, conducting advanced systems installations, troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional dedicated to maintaining operational safety and efficiency. Wage/salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and general servicing in general aviation
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license
IA license preferred but not required
Understanding of aircraft systems and components with hands‑on troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of airworthiness standards and regulatory compliance
Certifications in powerplant and aircraft maintenance as required by FAA regulations
Strong attention to detail, technical problem‑solving skills, and commitment to safety
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Previous experience in aviation maintenance, preferably with both commercial and general aviation
