Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles
Conduct advanced troubleshooting on engines, electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical components
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership regarding repair status and recommendations
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership’s values and reputation
Qualifications
3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (A or strong B level)
ASE Certifications highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team-oriented culture
