Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform regression, integration, and system testing across various platforms.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and company policies.
Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills
Understands requirements and traceability matrix.
Knowledge of Software and System Development Life Cycles and Agile Development methodology.
Concepts, best practices, and execution of Business Analysis and Project Management principles.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and LoadRunner.
Education, Experience and Licensing Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: a minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and maintaining version control of QA-related documentation, testing strategies, and test execution in a broad variety of environments.
International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification considered a plus.
