Your Day-to-Day Impact
Performing inspections using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Electromagnetic (EMI) methods.
Verifying equipment calibration and inspection criteria compliance.
Conducting changeovers and standardization of automated equipment for different pipe dimensions.
Identifying and removing defects using manual grinding tools.
Completing visual inspections of internal and external pipe surfaces.
Reporting deviations and providing feedback on recurring defects.
Executing 5S/Lean practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Preferred: 1+ year experience in OCTG NDT or Quality roles.
Familiarity with calculations (Snell’s law, electromagnetism formulas).
NDT Level 1 or 2 certifications in UT, EMI, and MPI (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and adaptability.
