Location: Orlando, FL, United States
Night Shift Schedule: 4:30 pm to 5 am M‑F & every other Saturday
Annual income averages $67,000 (includes overtime, base pay, and production bonuses)

What You’ll Do
Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
Maintain industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand, and power tools
Move, assemble, install, or dismantle machinery
Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and sketches
Operate forklift, manlift, and crane as needed
Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, sprockets, and drive chains
Replace hydraulic hoses
Perform minor welding and fabricating
Collaborate with millwright and maintenance teammates on preventative maintenance, scheduled repair projects, and normal production
Troubleshoot mechanical problems and assist with unscheduled repairs
Perform daily inspections on millwright equipment; report defects or required repairs to supervisor
Keep grounds clear of debris while maintaining safety standards
Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and clean‑up throughout the yard
Communicate effectively over radio with teammates
Willing to cross‑train in other positions and assist other millwright employees as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
What You’ll Need
2‑5 years of millwright/industrial maintenance experience
Some experience with welding and fabricating
Ability to operate forklift, manlift, and crane
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, non‑stop environment while providing excellent customer service
Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete tasks safely and effectively without constant supervision
Ability to meet attendance schedule consistently
Flexible to work overtime, off‑hours, weekends, and holidays; including outdoor in all weather conditions
Ability to work in extreme heat and be exposed to weather
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hrs per day
Candidates within 50 mi of location preferred
Bilingual preferred
