What We’re Looking For
8–10+ years’ experience in:
Commercial Refrigeration (walk‑in freezers/coolers, reach‑in freezers, and ice machines)
Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make‑up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing, etc.)
Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
A strong desire to continue company‑provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units and hot‑side equipment
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work on‑call
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
