Operational Readiness Engineer – U.S., Ohio – 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re looking for an Operational Readiness Engineer to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.
What You’ll Do
Connect business, technology, and data architectures for the assigned facility.
Track operational readiness deliverables across systems, equipment, and functional workstreams.
Coordinate activities between engineering, CQV, operations, and project teams.
Monitor progress against readiness milestones and identify risks, gaps, or delays.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
Extensive engineering or technical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or related industries.
Understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations.
Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, startup, or operational readiness activities.
