to take charge of end‑to‑end accounting for US‑based clients.

hands‑on leader —someone who can own the books, close the month, and guide a small team with precision and confidence. You’ll act as the
strategic accounting partner
to CFOs and founders across fast‑growing US companies.

What You’ll Do
Lead
end‑to‑end accounting
(AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month‑end close, and reporting) for US clients
Prepare, review, and finalize
financial statements under US GAAP
Manage and mentor a small team of accountants to ensure delivery excellence
Partner directly with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvements
Drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every accounting touchpoint
Leverage modern tools like
QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero
to streamline workflows
Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Operations for a complete finance picture
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years
of total experience, with
strong exposure to US accounting and reporting standards
Proven expertise in
end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements
Deep knowledge of
US GAAP
and the ability to close books independently
Experience in
outsourced accounting, shared services, or client‑facing environments
Hands‑on experience with tools like
QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or Xero
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset—you take pride in precision and partnership
