Key Skills & Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
Own the night audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all numbers are accurate.
Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety.
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and other office tools to solve issues independently.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
