Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
Balance the books and finalize transactions – own the Night Audit.
Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management insight.
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch.
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs – solve problems solo.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
