Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Your Role in the Market As the Lead Advisor for Cartersville, you will:

Serve as the

primary advisor

for new and existing clients in the region

Conduct consultative, retirement‑focused meetings with

warm, vetted prospects

Design and implement holistic retirement strategies using AUM solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and income planning tools

Convert high‑intent prospects into long‑term client relationships

Provide ongoing guidance, reviews, and planning support to ensure strong retention and outcomes

Educate clients clearly and confidently — no jargon, no pressure, no product‑pushing

You're a Good Fit If You

Have experience as a Financial Advisor working with pre‑retirees and retirees

Are confident leading client conversations and guiding financial decisions

Prefer a

consultative, relationship‑driven approach

over transactional sales

Want growth without burnout — and structure without bureaucracy
