In this role, you will assemble components for custom material handling systems while working in a shop environment. You will be required to follow blueprint specifications, and operate hand and power tools and various lifting equipment. Key Responsibilities

Review job specifications and pull necessary parts for assembly. Verify materials and set up the assembly process. Assemble parts to blueprint specs using hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools. Inspect the final product and transport it to the shipping department. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner. Operate a crane or hoist to lift more than 50 lbs. Work in a safe manner and wear PPE as required entire shift. Work in other areas or departments as assigned. Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM What are we looking for?

Average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th Background in assembly or installation and good mechanical aptitude. Experience reading blueprints Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products Work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies Consistently stand for an entire shift Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment Ability to work with others and be a team player Accuracy, Reliability Quality focus To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Fort Worth, Texas branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
