Shift: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $30-$33/hr
Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Responsibilities
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Enter and pay wage garnishments, handle garnishments, taxes, and year‑end activities.
Process payroll transfer reports and ensure benefits deductions accuracy.
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
Provide support to leadership on various accounting related projects.
Qualifications
At least 2 years payroll/timekeeping experience.
High School Diploma/GED required; additional education preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Experience with Pay Choice or Payroll Associates systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills for retro calculations and multi‑system work.
