Career Area: Human Resources Job Summary BCP is hiring a Third Shift HR Generalist to assist in the administration of various human resource services and functions within a facility, Division, or Shared Services. Typical internal customers include employees at all levels in one or more facilities and/or divisions. The incumbent develops and recommends solutions to problems of limited to moderate scope, evaluates options before selecting one, and ensures proper approval and documentation for process changes.
Responsibilities
New employee orientation
Liaise with Regional and Corporate Human Resources
Interact with and counsel all levels of management, salaried and hourly employees, to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary, and benefit related issues
Interface with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit, and Payroll personnel to support employee issues and problems in areas such as performance management, payroll administration, time and attendance, and Workday activities
Communicate HR‑related material, analyze and communicate employee insights survey data, and participate in the annual succession career planning process
Perform duties associated with governmental regulations and internal investigations
Track and report on HR metrics and measurements, providing data to management
Facilitate learning initiatives, HR consulting, and talent management system (TMS) training and consensus facilitation
Assist with reorganization processes and unemployment insurance claim processing
Document and standardize process changes, new processes, and new customers
Provide consultation on code of conduct, EEO administration, temporary layoffs, EIS & pulse management, and other HR functions
Act as liaison between process owners, service center groups, and corporate HR to support employee issues across multiple areas
Qualifications
Knowledge of organization vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics
Decision‑making and critical thinking skills, using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze situations and reach productive decisions
Effective communication skills: ability to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret information and ideas through appropriate communication behaviors
Interpersonal relationship skills to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups constructively
Data gathering and reporting expertise for analysis and reporting of HR data
Knowledge of employee relations rights and obligations, including legal requirements for handling employee negotiations
HR policy, standards, and procedure knowledge, with ability to uphold organization and industry standards
Additional Information
Location: Sanford, NC
Travel locally within Sanford, NC
Third shift position; candidates may be scheduled to work off shifts to accommodate business needs

Summary Pay Range $87,480.00 – $131,280.00 (compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, performance, and skills)
