Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Manage employee relations and lead internal investigations
Foster strong relationships with managers, employees, and business partners
Assist with benefits administration and performance management compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and global regulations
Partner with managers to drive retention and growth
Provide coverage for payroll processing
Deliver leadership coaching and employee experience initiatives
Analyze workforce data to improve engagement, retention, and diversity outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of corporate HR experience
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Proven ability to manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination
Skilled in data analysis to drive HR strategies and improve engagement, retention, and diversity
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
$65,000 - $75,000, based on experience
