Developmental Disabilities Support Specialist (office-based) Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others? If so, you’re encouraged to consider a full‑time Customer Support Specialist position with Liberty Healthcare. With Liberty, you will help people who have developmental disabilities receive vital services so they may live their best lives.

Responsibilities:

Engage in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities, as well as their families and other stakeholders.

Answer questions and address concerns.

Convey information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services.

Document details from phone conversations in a computer system.

What Liberty Offers:

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Where and When You’ll Work: You will work onsite at Liberty’s office at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, near the Boise Towne Square Mall. The daytime schedule offers the option to work either four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days, Monday through Friday, in a collegial and professional office environment.

Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Bonus Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, call center work, or a healthcare/human service role.

Bilingual or conversational Spanish speaking skills are highly valued.

Priority consideration given to applicants with professional or personal experience supporting people who have disabilities.
