Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, supply chain). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates. Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, GMP). Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) for diverse workforce engagement.
