Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
Source and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, specifically targeting manufacturing talent.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and select candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, operations).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical roles, and industry-specific terminology.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or operations roles within manufacturing.
Familiarity with common HRIS/ATS platforms used in large-scale manufacturing environments.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
