Description Performs 340B audits to validate patient eligibility, identify compliance risks and prevent diversion. Continuously monitors ordering processes to prevent violation of federal regulations for applicable covered entities, child sites, and contract pharmacies. Maintains records of all audits. Possesses advanced knowledge of split billing software. Develops and fosters relationships with internal pharmacy counterparts and acts as a liaison between departments to improve program efficiency and compliance. Develops a thorough understanding of 340B program. Estimated salary range for this position is $56791.50 - $73828.95 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications Degrees:

Associates.

Licenses & Certifications:

Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certification. Registered Pharmacy Technician.

Additional Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Management or related field or additional 2 years in pharmacy experience.

At least two years of experience with administrative duties (developing reports, Microsoft Office Suites, etc.

).

Demonstrated progressive responsibilities with highly complex and confidential information.

Exceptional people, time management and organizational skills required.

Analytical, self-motivated, creative, flexible, problem solver.

Ability to develop curriculum, teaching plans.

Comfort in teaching large and small groups.

PC skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred), navigating Electronic Health Records (i.

e.

Cerner), retail pharmacy management systems, 340B TPAs, applicable wholesalers platforms, and other operational systems.
