340B Program Analyst, Pharmacy Business Affairs, $4,000 Bonus, FT, 8:30a‑5p
Join Baptist Health, the region’s largest not‑for‑profit healthcare organization, as a 340B Program Analyst. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with 340B regulations, maintaining audit records, and enhancing program efficiency across all covered entities, child sites, and contract pharmacies.
Responsibilities
Perform 340B audits to validate patient eligibility, identify compliance risks, and prevent diversion.
Continuously monitor ordering processes to prevent violations of federal regulations for applicable covered entities, child sites, and contract pharmacies.
Maintain records of all audits.
Possess advanced knowledge of split billing software.
Develop and foster relationships with internal pharmacy counterparts and act as a liaison between departments to improve program efficiency and compliance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the 340B program.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (or Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field).
Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certification.
Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
At least two years of experience with administrative duties such as developing reports and using Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated progressive responsibilities handling highly complex and confidential information.
Exceptional people, time‑management, and organizational skills.
Analytical, self‑motivated, creative, flexible, and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to develop curriculum and teaching plans; comfort teaching large and small groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred), electronic health records (e.g., Cerner), retail pharmacy management systems, 340B TPAs, and applicable wholesaler platforms.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years.
Estimated salary range: $56,791.50 - $73,828.95 per year.
