Responsibilities
Prepare Form 1040, Form 1041, Form 1065 and Form 1120.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, extensions, and payments.
Review financial statements, trial balances, and other source documents to ensure proper tax reporting.
Conduct technical research on complex tax issues.
Collaborate with senior tax professionals and clients to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain excellent communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in public accounting.
Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., Ultratax, CCH Axcess, ProFx, or GoSystem).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role can be hybrid, depending on location.
