$52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Bookkeepers. Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, including supplier invoices for raw materials and production expenses.
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing customers for manufactured goods and tracking payments.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings for manufacturing staff.
Track and reconcile inventory-related transactions and costs.
Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with inventory costing, job costing, and manufacturing financial processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with inventory management processes and valuation.
