Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate classification of all financial transactions. Track and reconcile inventory costs and related manufacturing expenses. Generate basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings. Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounting software Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles Demonstrated ability to manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliation Bonus Qualifications Experience with inventory management and costing principles. Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One). Basic understanding of cost accounting concepts (e.g., job costing, standard costing). Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules for machinery.
