Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute full-cycle month-end close processes.
Prepare and analyze consolidated GAAP financial statements.
Manage bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of documentation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on financial matters.
Utilize Excel to support financial analysis and reporting functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
