LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Cash Applications Specialist to join our client on a direct hire basis in Southwest Charlotte. This position will offer a hybrid schedule. Ideal candidates will have strong cash applications experience and Excel skills.
Responsibilities
Applying payments
Researching misapplied payments
Researching and allocating payments to appropriate customer, account and invoice
Intercompany transactions
Deposits
Importing data with Excel
Qualifications
Strong Excel skills are required (pivot tables and vlookups)
Analytical and problem solving mindset
At least 3 years of cash applications experience is required
Compensation The anticipated pay range for this position is between $50,000 and $54,000 depending on experience. This position comes with PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and more.
