Construction Project Manager | Attractions & Resorts
A Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee multi‑million dollar resort and attractions projects in Orlando, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through delivery.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle from preconstruction through delivery.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and labor crews.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a primary decision‑maker alongside the Site Superintendent.
Key Requirements
Large‑scale commercial construction expertise with projects valued at $30–$100 million+.
Extensive track record in successful ground‑up construction projects.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
Demonstrates exceptional business judgment by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
