Responsibilities
Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually
Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
Communicate with clients, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc.; managing overall project document control
Plan and coordinate construction activities
Evaluate risk
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10+ years commercial general construction experience.
Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more
Knowledge of RDA Sub Contractors
Public and private client experience
Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders
Willingness to travel a plus
Experience with multiple delivery methods

Raleigh, NC: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
