Role Summary The Americas Finance team provides comprehensive reporting, analysis, and partnership to the Americas Commercial leadership team. This role reports directly to the Director, Finance – Americas Business Performance Controlling and supports forecasting, analysis of key financial metrics, executive presentations, and collaboration with the Commercial team.
Essential Responsibilities
Operational point of contact for the team and coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting meetings.
Validate and align data and reports across systems, and generate standardized reporting packages.
Perform ad‑hoc analysis and project management.
Support periodic planning and close cycles, and prepare for management review meetings.
Accurately forecast and analyze orders, revenue, margin, and operating expenses to provide detailed insights and drive profitability.
Perform financial modeling of pricing, regional mix, product mix, cost savings, and currency impacts.
Provide business partnership to the Americas Commercial team by sharing key data, metrics, and analysis.
Develop executive‑level presentations with insightful analysis to influence decision‑making.
Leverage data to identify and solve problems, scale processes, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate across diverse teams, including Accounting, FP&A, Credit & Collections, and Treasury.
Provide ad‑hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or equivalent) and 2‑5 years related work experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong business acumen.
Confidence, integrity, and strong team‑player attitude to encourage collaboration.
Strong ethical values in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal/external controls.
Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills to link financial results to operational drivers.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems such as SAP, and financial modeling/reporting tools such as Jedox, Qlikview, etc.
Experience with accounting concepts including revenue recognition and cost accounting (manufacturing variances, overhead absorption, inventory, etc.) preferred.

Base Pay Range $120,460 – $165,627 (geographic market, skills, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay).
