Position Overview Accountant Location: Kern County Salary: $65,000–$85,000
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
Perform bank reconciliations and manage deposits
Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
Assist with month-end close and preparation of internal reports
Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
1–3 years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting
Experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
