Orlando, FL. Candidates must be located in Central Florida and on‑site presence is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage significant and complex audit engagements from planning through completion.
Build strong internal relationships to promote teamwork, collaboration, and a people‑first culture.
Deliver exceptional client service and effectively present audit findings to client leadership.
Research and resolve technical audit and accounting issues.
Mentor, coach, and develop associates, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening operations, processes, and client delivery.
Participate in business development activities and assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Support firm and community initiatives that reinforce the organization’s values and client‑centric mission.
Qualifications
6+ years of relevant Audit/Assurance experience in public accounting or industry.
Active CPA license preferred.
Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to lead complex audit engagements.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance.
Entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement focus, and innovative thinking.
High level of integrity and commitment to delivering quality work.
